Requirements:

  • Education in Visual Merchandising, Interior or Industrial Design, and experience working as a Visual Merchandiser
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and engage people to achieve goals and drive business growth
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and new ideas
  • A passion for home furnishing and a strong understanding of how people live at home
  • Knowledge of the IKEA Concept and mechanical sales system
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of both English and Italian
