Job Description:

You will among other tasks work with home furnishing solutions in different areas of the store, with commercial shops, layout and products exposure. The work includes both planning, build up and daily maintenance in the store.

Job Responsibility:

contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market
applying your home furnishing knowledge to update IKEA store media, specialty shops and other store media that exceed our visitors’ expectations
to make it easy for the costumer to compare, choose and be inspired thru your knowledge in visual merchandising
stimulating and increasing the interest for home furnishing through constantly showing new and inspiring solutions that motivate people to visit the IKEA store frequently
using the richness of the IKEA product range to show distinct and different styles that appeal to many individual tastes and needs

Requirements:

passion for the customer and visual merchandising
high interest in trends and an eye for esthetics
creative, quickly adapting trends and full of ideas
flexible and hands-on approach
experience from similar assignments, retail and relevant education
open, driving & leading yourself and full of initiatives
engagement and commitment to work in a truly flexible way
willingness to learn and ability to deliver
