Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and develop a team to consistently exceed sales and service targets
Drive KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver strong commercial outcomes
Oversee day-to-day operations including stock, VM, and omni-channel execution
Champion compliance, safety, and operational excellence
Deliver a customer experience that builds loyalty and drives repeat business

Requirements:
3–5+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle retail
Proven success leading teams in a KPI-driven, high-volume environment
A confident, inspiring leader with a passion for coaching and development
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of omni-channel retail
