As a Boots Opticians Hub Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of 6-10 stores to deliver an exemplary customer experience through supporting customers to find the optical products and services best suited to help them with their eye health.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a group of 6-10 stores to deliver an exemplary customer experience
  • Supporting customers to find optical products and services for eye health
  • Inspiring, developing and empowering dedicated leaders
  • Looking after day-to-day operation within stores to deliver strong trading performance
  • Using data driven insights to plan strategically
  • Executing the commercial plan
  • Building and maintaining a robust succession plan of talent
  • Travelling between stores within hub and visiting stores daily
  • Reporting to Regional manager
  • Working collaboratively with regional team and Support Office to influence and drive change to optimise business performance

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team remotely across multiple sites
