As a Boots Opticians Hub Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of 6-10 stores to deliver an exemplary customer experience through supporting customers to find the optical products and services best suited to help them with their eye health.
Job Responsibility:
Leading a group of 6-10 stores to deliver an exemplary customer experience
Supporting customers to find optical products and services for eye health
Inspiring, developing and empowering dedicated leaders
Looking after day-to-day operation within stores to deliver strong trading performance
Using data driven insights to plan strategically
Executing the commercial plan
Building and maintaining a robust succession plan of talent
Travelling between stores within hub and visiting stores daily
Reporting to Regional manager
Working collaboratively with regional team and Support Office to influence and drive change to optimise business performance
Requirements:
Experience leading a team remotely across multiple sites
Ability to travel across your geography
