Job Description:

As a Store Leader (Manager) Trainee at 7-Eleven, you will embark on a dynamic journey, honing your ability to foster exceptional customer service through comprehensive training. Your first 3 months will be dedicated to mastering our in-depth training program, and setting a solid foundation for your rapid career progression into key operational roles. You'll have the tools to drive sales, optimize store performance, and lead teams to success.

  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards loyalty program
  • Demonstrated ability maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel)
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience
  • A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance
  • The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • At least one year of retail management experience (if no High School diploma or GED)
