Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Store Executive to manage our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process within the warehouse, from receiving and inspecting goods to maintaining accurate digital records in SAP.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
  • SAP Operations: Proficiency in SAP (MM Module) is mandatory. You will handle Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Stock Transfers, Purchase Requisitions, and Gate Entry
  • Material Inspection: Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoices for quantity and quality. Report any discrepancies immediately
  • Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting to ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and SAP records
  • Documentation: Maintain systematic records of all store transactions, including Challans, Invoices, and Inventory reports
  • Safety & Organization: Ensure the warehouse follows 5S principles, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Coordination: Liaise with the Purchase, Production, and Quality departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials for production

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 – 7 Years
  • Education: Graduate (Any Stream) or B.Tech
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in SAP (Material Management module)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data tracking and reporting)
  • Competencies: Knowledge of Inventory Audits and Material Handling Equipment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict dispatch timelines
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities to manage junior staff/loaders
