Job Responsibility:
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution
providing 2nd-level support by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions, carrying out configurations, performing upgrades, carrying out migrations
following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
write and maintain documentation
Requirements:
Experience in day-to-day administration of and maintaining data backup & recovery solution in a production environment
primary storage: experience with storage products of HPE 3PAR, NETAPP, DELL
secondary storage: experience with Commvault, Veeam Backup & NetBackup
