Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure
Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams

Ideally, you'll have relevant qualifications in business management, office support, or a related field

Job Responsibility

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly
Coordinate travel plans and organise team events and away days
Manage office appointments, deliveries, and stock distribution
Identify and suggest improvements to administrative and production processes
Support client services by keeping data up to date and assisting with event logistics
Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, and diary management
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure effective communication and operations
