Stewarding Supervisor

• Supervise the stewarding team during daily operations, ensuring all dishwashing, cleaning and sanitation duties are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in all back-of-house areas, including kitchens, storage rooms, garbage rooms and stewarding workstations
• Ensure proper operation, cleaning and maintenance of dishwashers and stewarding equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions directly to the Executive Chef
• Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, cleaning tools and stewarding supplies
• manage requisitions and ensure safe storage
• Train and guide stewards on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, chemical safety and Four Seasons standards

• Previous experience in Stewarding or Kitchen Operations, ideally within luxury hotels or high-volume dining environments
• prior supervisory experience is a strong asset
• Solid understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, chemical handling and safe equipment operation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate and guide the stewarding team while maintaining a positive and respectful work atmosphere
• Italian and basic English knowledge is required
