The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Stewarding and Food and Beverage department.
Job Responsibility:
Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Maintain the silver polishing program
Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
Requirements:
Personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs
Have Work Authorization/Ability to work in the United States
