Job Description:

The steward is responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen appliances, tools, and areas in line with safety and company policies. The position requires physical strength, teamwork, and an optimism for well-being practices.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
wash and sanitize kitchen and storage areas
receive and store deliveries
ensure proper stock rotation
perform general cleaning tasks
dispose of waste and recyclables
adhere to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
receive deliveries and correctly store perishables
use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink
perform general cleaning and waste disposal tasks such as emptying trash cans and recycling
move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
