Job Responsibility

Support pre-opening activities such as equipment inventory, setup of dishwashing areas, and stewarding procedures

Requirements

Previous experience in Stewarding or Kitchen Operations, ideally within luxury hotels or high-volume dining environments
prior supervisory experience is a strong asset

Job Responsibility

Supervise the stewarding team during daily operations, ensuring all dishwashing, cleaning and sanitation duties are completed accurately and on time
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in all back-of-house areas, including kitchens, storage rooms, garbage rooms and stewarding workstations
Ensure proper operation, cleaning and maintenance of dishwashers and stewarding equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions directly to the Executive Chef
Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, cleaning tools and stewarding supplies

Train and guide stewards on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, chemical safety and Four Seasons standards
