Job Description:

Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies, maintain sanitation areas, operate cleaning equipment, and assist management in various personnel functions while ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies
Organize supply rack including pots, pans, serving spoons, utensils
Rotate stock and bring wares from storage to kitchen
Complete cleaning checklists for appropriate timelines
Collect dirty pans from cooking line and transport to pot station
Clean and maintain sanitation areas and organize cleaning supplies
Clean and maintain loading dock areas
Clean ceiling, walls, and vents in dish room
Ensure clean wares are stored appropriately
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, trash compactor
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
