Stevedore

• Facilitating the loading and discharge of cargo, non-containerised cargo, and bulk products
• Operating machinery including reach stackers, front end loaders, Skid steers, excavators, forklifts, and light vehicles
• Driving vehicles on/off Roll-on Roll-off vessels
• Conducting shipboard and wharf duties, ship loading and other general duties
• Basic administrative duties including tally clerking
• Ensuring adherence to loading/unloading schedules

• Previous stevedoring knowledge and experience
• Ability to obtain Maritime Safety Identification Card (MSIC) – Mandatory
• Hold the following tickets or ability to obtain - Reach stacker, Forklift and Dogman
• Must be available to work at short notice (Casual Positions)
• Must be flexible with availability and be able to workday, afternoon, nightshifts, and weekends as required
• Available to work up to 12-hour shifts (as required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A steadfast commitment to safety
• Must be 18 years or older
