Static Plumber - Salisbury. Are you a skilled Plumber looking for a stable and rewarding role within a commercial setting? We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Static Plumber in Salisbury. Salary up to £37,000 + Excellent Benefits & Development Opportunities. Working on a prestigious commercial site, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive plumbing services, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all water and drainage systems. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills further within a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all plumbing systems, including hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitaryware
  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests and carrying out effective repairs to plumbing faults
  • Diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to ensure minimal disruption
  • Carrying out minor installations, upgrades, and replacements of plumbing fixtures and fittings
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and water hygiene standards
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out
  • Collaborating with other trades and facilities team members as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment
  • Recognised plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent)
  • A strong understanding of water systems, drainage, and associated regulations
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
