Job Description:

As an intern Service Fulfilment you will focus on Fleet Management as part of insourcing truck deliveries. you will support the creation of fleet management routines, develop KPIs using a new fleet management system (Fleetster), and investigate zero-emission city center zones. Apply for this internship starting in September 2025!

Job Responsibility:

Support Fleet Management Routines: Assist in creating routines for fleet management, including handling damages and repairs
Create Fleet KPIs: Develop KPIs with the fleet developer using the new fleet management system (Fleetster) and establish a follow-up process
Investigate Zero-Emission Zones: Research government plans for zero-emission city centers and assess their impact on IKEA, providing advice on how IKEA should proceed
Operational Management: Support the operational management tasks required to keep the fleet in perfect condition

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a relevant education (HBO Transport Business Management, Commercial Economics, Logistics Management, or similar)
Interested in home furnishing
Able to work at our Service Office in Haarlem, a dynamic and busy environment
Have good knowledge of the English language, Dutch is a pre
Have a minimum age of 18 years

Nice to have:

Dutch language knowledge
