Stagiaire Consumer & Customer Insights

• Develop Solutions: Collaborate with the team to create a customer and co-worker solution aimed at better product knowledge and buying process improvement
• Support Stakeholders: Assist country stakeholders in implementing the new solution
• Documentation: Produce and share documentation to support stakeholders
• Identify Opportunities: Work with internal stakeholders to address business challenges and identify opportunities for commercial growth and better customer experience
• Data Analytics: Generate insights through customer and consumer data explorations

• Follow a relevant education (Bachelor / HBO) located in The Netherlands
• Have a passion for home furnishing
• Have the ability to work at out Service Office in Haarlem, which is a dynamic and busy environment
• Minimum age of 18 years

Proficiency in Dutch is a plus

• You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €340 (based on 38 hours)
