Job Description:

Staff Writer position for French speaker in Madrid to create vibrant, original content about city life for Bordeaux and/or Marseille Secret Media platforms while supporting all French-speaking markets

Job Responsibility:

Discover and develop compelling stories
Generate article ideas for Secret Marseille and Bordeaux
Craft engaging, accurate, and informative articles
Produce content for commercial partners and Fever Original events
Ensure all site copy adheres to editorial guidelines
Collaborate on editorial calendar
Create SEO-friendly posts
Assist in promotional efforts
Use analytics to refine content strategy

Requirements:

Native-level proficiency in written and spoken French
Demonstrated experience in digital writing
Proficiency with social and digital publishing tools
Working knowledge of social media best practices
Keen news sense and understanding of shareable stories
Familiarity with social and digital publishing tools
Strong connection to city's lifestyle, food, entertainment, and art scene

Nice to have:

Fluent English for internal communications
