Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic editorial team and make an impact in a professional newsroom. The role focuses on covering film news, reviews, events, and pop culture. It involves writing articles, managing an editorial calendar, creating SEO-friendly content, and developing content for social media.

Job Responsibility:

Cover tv, film, and cinema-related news, film festivals, reviews, and entertainment stories relevant to U.S. audiences
write clear, engaging, and accurate articles that align with the brand voice and editorial standards
develop and manage an editorial calendar balancing news, features, and film-focused content
create SEO-friendly content
create content for social media around tv, film, and general cinema interests
monitor performance using analytics and refine strategy
participate in campaign planning and content promotion under editor guidance.

Requirements:

Native-level English and fluent or bilingual Spanish
experience in digital journalism, especially in cinema or entertainment
understanding of film and pop culture trends in the U.S.
social media savvy
knowledge of what makes content viral and shareable on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
organized, self-motivated, and confident with digital publishing tools
thrives in a fast-paced editorial environment and enjoys collaboration.
