Job Description:

Seasoned Software Developer to help build and evolve a modern, cloud-native microservices platform supporting core Medicare sales verticals, delivering secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant services that integrate with enterprise systems and support real-time data flows

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain microservices using modern cloud-native frameworks and tools
Build secure, scalable APIs and backend services in HIPAA-regulated environment
Help define CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code standards, and observability practices
Shape real-time data ingestion and analytics pipelines
Coordinate with product teams to align technical delivery with business goals
Contribute to implementation of AI-powered tools and automation strategies
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies

Requirements:

8+ years of professional backend software development experience
Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Java)
Hands-on experience with containerization and serverless platforms
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as GitHub Actions, Terraform, and monitoring stacks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Nice to have:

Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2)
Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs), data lakes, or real-time analytics pipelines
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architectures
Background in sales, marketing, or customer engagement systems
Master's degree
