About the team + role The Developer Experience (DevX) team’s mission is to boost developer productivity across the full software development lifecycle — from coding, to builds and testing, to safe production deployments. As a Staff Software Developer, you’ll lead technical direction for the team, design scalable systems, and mentor other engineers while shaping the future of Robinhood’s developer infrastructure!
