Job Description:

The Staff Shuttle Driver is responsible for driving staff shuttle and safety concerns of the Resort while complying with all Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts’ policies and procedures. The position reports to the Security Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Builds and maintains a harmonious and professional relationship with all departments
  • Drive a staff shuttle car and buggy cart with highest safety standards with appropriate manner
  • Support a team of security by ensuring the safety of guests and employees
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of a shuttle car and work area in line with safety standards
  • Conduct daily vehicle safety checks before each shift (brake, light, tires, fuel level) and ensure the vehicle follows the scheduled maintenance period
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Security Manager

Requirements:

  • Must have existing work authorization to work in the country of Thailand
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort
  • Excellent administrative and multitask skills and good problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and employees
  • Commitment to upholding Four Seasons Service and Culture standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Must hold a valid car driving license
