Requirements

7+ years of SaaS product management, with deep technical ownership over AI/ML features
MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent hands-on expertise
Strong technical fluency in GenAI ecosystems: LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG systems, embeddings, structured output modeling
Hands-on experience working with AI/ML teams on model lifecycle: evaluation, A/B testing, fine-tuning, and post-deployment monitoring
Analytical and experimental mindset: you know how to validate an LLM product beyond demos
Familiarity with computer vision pipelines, data labeling ops, or human-in-the-loop AI systems
Fluent in French and English

Job Responsibility

Own end-to-end AI product strategy and execution for Catalog transformer (attribute extraction, translation, enrichment, and media improvement & moderation) across Mirakl products
Own the integration and evaluation of GenAI models, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance
Drive experimentation with GenAI tooling and scalable deployments
Implement and improve processes for AI squads and between Data Scientist and product Squads
Drive cross-functional collaboration with AI researchers / Datascientist, PM, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful features
Collaborate on AI infra choices (modeling, retrieval stores, quality monitoring)
Help recruiting and training other PM AI
Build internal tooling and evaluation pathways to enable Sales and CS teams to showcase GenAI capabilities
Popularize and promote our AI solutions to facilitate adoption by our customers and prospects by acting as an expert

10+ years of product management or aligned experience
at least 4+ years in lending, credit, or financial systems
experience building complex systems or platforms from scratch in a fintech or financial services environment
strong understanding of lending lifecycles (origination, underwriting, servicing, repayment) and associated risk/compliance considerations
technical fluency
ability to dive deep with engineers while simplifying complexity for business and compliance stakeholders

Job Responsibility

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mercury’s lending systems and infrastructure
Build the core platform that powers loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and repayment across a range of lending products
Partner with engineering, risk, design, data science, and operations to design scalable systems that balance automation with resilient controls
Establish the technical and product foundations to support new credit and lending products, including decisioning workflows, data integrations, repayment rails, and compliance features
Collaborate with banking partners and internal stakeholders to ensure lending products are regulatory-compliant and operationally sound
Prioritize areas of investment using customer insights, market research, and data-driven decision-making
Set and track success metrics for lending system health, adoption, and customer impact
Create reusable capabilities that amplify the speed and consistency of launching future lending products
