Job Description:

The Staff Pharmacist position involves managing patient health through accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunizations. Responsibilities include supporting the Pharmacy Manager, managing inventory, complying with regulations, and providing a safe and inclusive work environment. Job Responsibility:

Managing and improving patient health through dispensing, counseling, and immunizing
Overseeing pharmacy operations during bench shifts
Ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment and utilizing safety guardrails
Providing positive patient experiences through compassionate care and issue resolution
Delivering and promoting immunizations
Effectively managing pharmacy inventory
Ensuring compliance with state regulations and escalating issues as needed
Remaining flexible and contributing to a safe and inclusive team environment
Completing required trainings and maintaining clinical skills
Supporting access to care through clinical care services
Complying with federal and state laws, professional standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
Attention to detail
Mathematical reasoning skills
Customer service and team orientation
Effective communication skills
Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, standing, and mobility for extended periods.

Nice to have:

1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Ability to work in other locations across the market as business needs require.
