The Staff Customer Operations Analyst is a key member of the Customer Operations team, which coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customer’s needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of integrity. The role requires strong data analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities and address challenges professionally and confidently, along with championing new processes and inspiring other improvements. This role requires strong operational and order management skills and exceptional abilities in customer communication.
Job Responsibility:
Envision and execute the strategic direction set by senior management in all areas of inventory and operations
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams on demand and supply activities to ensure adequate inventory levels
Accountable for supply and demand activities for multiple components
Leverage ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data to influence decisions
Coordinate with procurement managers to drive improvements and ensure continuity of supply
Analyze business patterns and changes to formulate potential recommendations
Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to support customer allocations and priorities
Identify/recognize problems from various perspectives to understand implications and propose solutions
Collaborate with other departments such as quality, engineering, and manufacturing to solve complex problems
Plan and track all inventory to mitigate aging, and drive resolution on excess
Design and develop data processing automations using Python
Develop SQL reporting queries
Troubleshoot database issues
Develop and maintain BI dashboards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or another quantitative field, with 5 years of experience
Alternatively, Master’s degree with 3 years of experience accepted
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably working in high volume electronics manufacturing environment
Advanced PC skills and expert in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Tableau/ PowerBI for data visualization and presentation
Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Highly detailed planning and organization ability, multitask, set own priorities and adapt to a changing environment
Ability to present complex information to senior leadership and obtain alignment
Teamwork: Works effectively across organizations to achieve company goals and objectives
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Python a plus
Experience working in an ERP system (preferably SAP) a plus
