We’re starting up a brand-new Analytics Platform team to drive the data strategy across our global business. We're looking for a dbt wizard to help build scalable data foundations. The team will... Build a platform of consolidated analytics tools which enables data teams to quickly turn data into insights through dashboards, notebooks, and AI agents; Make metrics discoverable, trustworthy, and usable to data consumers; Embed excellent data modelling practices to make data assets efficient, reusable & globally consistent

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, document and consult on: Analytics for business domains using dbt & modern BI tools such as Lightdash
  • Strategies to model & govern a Data Mesh – improving discoverability, consistency, performance, and performance
  • Comprehensive testing frameworks to ensure data quality, using tools like dbt_expectations and Elementary
  • Robust CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment of AE and BI models
  • Monitoring and alerting tools for insights on AE performance
  • Work hands-on with ~20 teams, guiding them to adopt tools & data modelling approaches at scale (1000s of models!)

Requirements:
