Job Responsibility:

  • Compile and analyze data that will be utilized to make critical business decisions
  • Work with a Nordic team in securing the internal governance of our Sales strategies
  • Assist in analysing several types of data sets, ensuring teams have the relevant information and discover all potential for new business
  • Drive tasks that support high-quality data in our Sales Process tool, Salesforce
  • Develop statistical and analytical models for forecasting and reporting
  • Measures business performance and compares actual data to forecasted values
  • Work closely with HPE sales resources, supporting their hunting and new accounts discovery
  • Prepare presentations for our sales mgmt. within funnel, opportunities, and similar data
  • Be part of a team planning next year's setup (strategy work)
  • Maintain good communications with counterparts in Nordic countries

Requirements:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a focus in computer science, business, economics/mathematics, sales or related
  • Experience a curiosity for technology and an interest in sales
  • Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish
  • Accuracy and structured approach, and an attention to detail
