Job Description:

Assists in championing, developing, and implementing strategies that deliver services to meet or exceed brand needs and expectations. Provides financial expertise to maximize return on investment while supporting property business strategies and goals. Develops, oversees, and implements budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and compliance with company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Develops means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities
analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plans
assists in the creation of the annual operating budget
manages property working capital and cash flow in accordance with company requirements
ensures profits and losses are documented accurately
reconciles balance sheets
ensures compliance with management contracts, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements
ensures team members are trained to support daily operations
participates in hiring activities
oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes
ensures performance reviews and development plans for employees

Requirements:

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
1 year of experience in finance and accounting or related professional area
or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major with no work experience required
