Sr. Product Manager opportunity with a consumer products company based in Irvine, CA. This is a hybrid position (3 days/week in office) and is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys shaping product vision, and can drive execution from concept through launch.
Job Responsibility:
Lead product strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, guide development, and ensure successful delivery
Act as a catalyst for innovation—embracing ambiguity, encouraging experimentation, and fostering a collaborative culture
Translate consumer behaviors and market trends into actionable product roadmaps and business cases
Own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver products that meet cost, quality, and timeline goals
Serve as the voice of the customer, integrating insights into product features and experiences
Guide market research efforts and apply methodologies like design thinking to validate concepts and strategies
Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable business outcomes
Develop launch materials and partner with marketing teams to ensure product messaging reflects consumer insights
Present updates and strategic direction to senior leadership and represent the product at industry events and media engagements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
7–10 years of experience in product management, category strategy, innovation, or related disciplines
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and drive results
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and product development processes
Experience managing complex product portfolios and working within global organizations
Skilled in agile methodologies and modern collaboration practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
