Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Team Manager, as well as indirectly under the Facilities and Hospitalities (F&H) Manager, the Administrative Support Services Assistant position has primary responsibility for the performance of clerical/administrative activities for all of the agile attorneys (those attorneys w/o a dedicated office), and will serve as one of the main points of contact for hospitality/facilities activities within the NY Office.
Job Responsibility:
Performance of clerical/administrative activities for agile attorneys
Serve as main point of contact for hospitality/facilities activities within the NY Office
Perform variety of administrative support duties for agile attorneys with limited supervision
Provide on-site logistical assistance for client meetings
Requirements:
Proven experience in e-filing legal documents and working with court systems
Strong ability to draft and proofread legal documents with high attention to detail
Familiarity with facilities coordination and management within an office setting
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software
Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience supporting a legal team or working in a law firm is preferred
