We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic non-profit organization. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact between senior executives and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear and precise communication
Manage daily schedules for executives, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and other commitments
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents
Coordinate complex travel plans, including itineraries and logistics, while monitoring and addressing changes promptly
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and provide advice on urgent matters
Organize and oversee team operations, including arranging special events, off-site meetings, and departmental activities
Collaborate with executives to align administrative support with strategic goals and priorities
Conduct research and compile relevant information to assist in decision-making processes
Streamline workflows and administrative processes to improve overall efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a detail-oriented environment
Advanced skills in calendar management and coordinating travel arrangements
Strong proficiency in preparing and editing detailed reports, presentations, and documentation
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a track record of improving administrative processes
Familiarity with managing executive meetings and high-level coordination tasks
