Job Description:

A client in the fuel distribution industry is seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and provide exceptional business-to-business service. This role entails managing customer accounts, acting as a liaison, resolving issues related to invoicing and billing, and collaborating with internal teams to solve problems creatively. The position requires high professionalism, the ability to multitask across various systems, and a strong customer support track record.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional business to business customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone or electronic means
Serve customers by striving to go above and beyond and attempting to resolve each contact upon receipt
Represent company interests with the highest standards of professionalism
Efficiently utilize multiple systems
Investigate problems and provide feedback involving fuel delivery issues, frequently reconciling financial issues
Self-manage case resolution, partnering with leadership and internal teams to address opportunities and deficiencies
Responsible for decision making and problem solving issues on a day to day basis
Assist customers with questions concerning their relationship with the company
Performs other various duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with concentration in business preferred
A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have a demonstrated track record of delivering top-tier B2B customer support
Very technologically savvy, capable of using multiple systems at one time
Position will initially be normal business hours, with some possible nights, weekends, or holidays required.
