Robert Half is hiring for a highly skilled Sr. Customer Service Representative to join a team in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. This Contract-to-continuing position involves managing complex hotel reservations and providing exceptional service to meet client needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage long-term hotel reservation requests, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to policies
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend hotel options that align with their guidelines and requirements
  • Negotiate rates and terms for extended stays, particularly for requests exceeding 45 nights
  • Address complex scenarios, such as limited availability or tight turnaround times, while achieving client savings goals
  • Identify trends and opportunities to optimize client budgets and enhance market consolidation
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners to secure competitive rates and discounts
  • Ensure all reservations comply with client preferences, including per diem limits, amenities, and mileage parameters
  • Resolve any issues related to client or hotel communications, including changes, extensions, or early departures
  • Collaborate with internal account management teams to support client-specific consolidation initiatives
  • Attend all required training sessions, meetings, and other events as directed by supervisors
