Sr. Accountant

• Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable, along with collections
• Administer employee benefits, handling enrollments, terminations, and COBRA notifications
• Ensure compliance and reporting for workers’ compensation
• Maintain the general ledger up to trial balance and prepare divisional financial statements
• Manage shipping and invoicing within the manufacturing system
• Perform reconciliations, tax compliance reporting, and corporate reporting as needed
• Utilize skills such as account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations
• Make use of tools like Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP to perform tasks
• Carry out journal entries and month-end close procedures
• Other duties as assigned by the management, in line with the role

• Degree in Accounting is required
• Manufacturing experience is a large plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential
• Must have experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• The ability to perform Bank Reconciliations is required
• Knowledge and practical application of General Ledger is necessary
• Must have experience in making Journal Entries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with Month End Close procedures is essential
• Familiarity with NetSuite software is a prerequisite
• Proficiency in Oracle software is necessary
• SAP software skills are required
