Sr Software Engineer

Location: Wilmington, DE (Nearby candidates only). Need Lead Software Engineer with atleast 7+ years hands-on development(Java SpringBoot) + Frontend ( React). JD- Engineering Manager with experience in leading or managing one or more technology teams, ideally in a full-stack development. Minimum of 8+ years of experience with software development and an additional 2+ years of experience with leading and managing teams. Able to make decisions, with excellent communication skills and sets the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration. Experience hosting and managing apps on the Cloud platforms, such as AWS. Understanding of Engineering best practices with modern design patterns and system design.
