The Associate, Customer Service & CRM Systems is responsible for successful Operations Support & Project delivery of Siebel Applications & process engagements. This is a technical position providing hands-on delivery role, working with the cross-functional teams, while ensuring excellent client relationship. This position requires high level of experience in Siebel Call Center & Marketing modules, to provide value driven support to a large business users group.
Job Responsibility:
Provide operational support for Siebel environments, including automation, job scheduling, monitoring, maintenance, patches, upgrades, security, and administration
Define Siebel system architecture, deploy thin clients, and develop integration solutions with external systems using EAI, Web Services, VBC, and XML techniques
Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and troubleshoot application, integration, and reporting solutions
enforce development standards and release management processes
Design data entities, support EIM mapping and data loads, and create testing strategies for system integration, data validation, and end-to-end testing
Coordinate analysis and design sessions, translating business requirements into technical designs for Siebel Call Center, Marketing, and Financial Services applications
Act as a subject matter expert for complex Siebel functionalities (e.g., email integration, marketing, correspondence, web integration), while ensuring quality deliverables, documentation, and timely project execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in Siebel, consulting, or software development, including 4+ years in leadership roles (solution architect, technical lead)
Minimum 4 years of hands-on production support/maintenance for large enterprise applications
Strong expertise in Siebel Open UI platform, with experience in JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, HTML/CSS, and web UI design
Open UI experience and Oracle Siebel 8.0 Consultant Expert certification preferred
Proven track record in end-to-end consulting/software development projects with excellent communication skills
Deep knowledge of database concepts, logical/physical design, data warehouse/BI concepts, and ERWIN data modeling tools
