Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and hands-on Sr. MERN Developer who will play a key role in building, scaling, and supporting MERN-based applications. The role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to understand business requirements and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (Node.js, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB)
  • Work on both backend and frontend with strong attention to performance, scalability, and clean architecture
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Project Managers and Solution teams
  • Participate in customer discussions to provide technical clarity, solution recommendations, and feasibility checks
  • Design efficient data models and optimize applications dealing with large datasets and high data volumes
  • Propose and implement microservices-based architectures where relevant
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services (REST / GraphQL)
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for MERN-related issues, troubleshooting, and guidance
  • Review code, support junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices in development
  • Use AI-assisted tools to improve development speed, code quality, and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working across the MERN stack
  • Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Express.js
  • Deep understanding of MongoDB, especially data modeling for large-scale applications
  • Solid JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+) and ability to work across frontend and backend
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and scalable system design
  • Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and CI/CD workflows
  • Ability to understand business context and make informed technical decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently with customers
  • A problem-solving, ownership-driven mindset with adaptability and willingness to learn

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies
  • Exposure to headless or API-driven architectures
  • Experience optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and performance
