Sr Program Control Analyst, EAS Finance

As a finance team member of the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product line, you will work the proposal, baseline, execution and closeout process of the programs you lead within the Compass Call Production family of programs. This is a unique opportunity to experience an entire program life cycle, which is not common in the ES Sector. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance. This role supports a largely in-office production team; therefore, individual is expected to maintain an on-site presence to ensure close alignment, effective collaboration and timely support with flexibility within the hybrid (onsite, remote) work schedule.
