1Password is seeking an experienced product marketing manager to support marketing and GTM strategies for the enterprise segment. The role involves shaping messaging, conducting research, enabling marketing, and driving pipeline growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and GTM teams to optimize storytelling and accelerate growth.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct deep customer, market, and competitive research to inform ICP, buyer personas, industry trends, and GTM strategies
Play a key role in defining and executing comprehensive GTM strategies for enterprises
Develop compelling messaging that connects enterprise buyer pain points to 1Password’s unique value propositions
Equip marketing teams with tailored customer insights, buyer journeys, and enterprise messaging for effective integrated campaign strategies
Equip GTM teams with training, content, and tools to drive strategies tailored to the enterprise segment.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess GTM effectiveness, optimize messaging strategies, and refine approaches based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
5-7 years of product marketing experience, with 3+ years of cybersecurity industry experience preferred
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technology, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of enterprise security challenges, including identity and access management, identity access governance, MDM, authentication, and workforce cybersecurity
Knowledge of AI concepts highly desired
Proven ability to support GTM strategies that successfully capture demand, growth, and adoption within the enterprise segment
Strong content creation and sales enablement skills
Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with experience translating technical solutions and product capabilities into compelling business value
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align and influence cross-functional teams
Advanced ability to analyze data to measure success and refine go-to-market strategies for improved results
Product marketing and security fundamentals certifications are an asset.
