Job Description:

The Operations Program Manager will spearhead strategic initiatives and special projects within the operations team, ensuring alignment with Truework’s broader business objectives. This role requires a professional with experience managing high-impact projects across diverse operational functions. The Operations Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and optimize processes, contributing significantly to the organization’s efficiency and growth.

Job Responsibility:
