Lead Talabat Egypt’s overall supply ecosystem, ensuring a sustainable, high-quality, and high-performing rider base across the country. Develop and execute the overall supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with business demand and market dynamics. Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning to ensure full coverage and service level adherence. Identify and launch new supply channels such as female riders, refugees, micro-financing, and e-bikes to diversify and sustain fleet growth. Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships, from selection and onboarding to performance management and contract renewals. Set clear KPIs and SLAs for 3PL partners, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and rider quality. Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key 3PL partners to drive alignment and operational excellence. Lead and manage the on-ground operations team to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and service quality. Monitor and improve key operational KPIs including rider supply rate, EPH, order-on-time percentage, and churn rate. Implement standardized processes and digital tools to enhance control, visibility, and scalability across operations. Coach and develop a high-performing team of managers, seniors, and specialists across supply, 3PLs, and operations. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as People, Finance, Commercial, and Product to align on strategies and deliverables. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and rider satisfaction. Drive automation and technology-enabled initiatives to improve visibility and performance management. Oversee equipment management including uniforms, delivery boxes, and e-bikes to ensure consistent quality and operational standards. Ensure adherence to performance KPIs such as supply run rate, rider churn and retention, 3PL compliance, rider NPS, EPH, and operational coverage. Build long-term plans to sustain growth and strengthen Talabat’s market leadership position.
