Collaborate with design, supply chain, and operations teams to align technical requirements with program goals
Analyze technical specifications and documentation to ensure compliance with design requirements
Own rack integration activities including testing, troubleshooting, and hands-on support during product ramp-up
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, test reports, and status updates for traceability and compliance
Provide training and technical guidance to internal teams and system integrators
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with rack-level hardware design, integration, cable networking and troubleshooting
Familiarity with servers, rack systems, and network technologies
Knowledge of mechanical, networking, manufacturing, and quality engineering principles
Experience collaborating with program management on project tracking, deliverables, and milestone execution
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
experience with Agile PLM or SAP preferred
Familiarity with CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or Product Design Engineering preferred
