Perform the electrical design, simulation and analysis of electronic controller circuits used in power electronics devices and systems to meet technical product requirements
Perform the electrical design, simulation and analysis of power electronics circuits and systems to meet technical product requirements
Perform the electrical debug, test, characterization, and validation of power electronics designs
Specify, identify, select, and test of key, critical electrical components
Lead the design and layout of circuit boards, substrates, and electrical interconnects/bus structures

Work with other engineering competencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure proper development, execution, and verification of power electronics products
Focal point for electrical design technical discussions with cross-competency team, management and customers using highly effective communication and facilitation skills and techniques
Determines best techniques/procedure and applies for analysis, design, or experimental procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering
60 months of experience in job offered or related power electronics circuits design role
Experience with motor drive inverters in Automotive Systems Engineering
Experience modelling, simulating, and testing of electronic controllers used in automotive and power electronics applications
Experience with design and test of industrial EMC compliant power electronics systems
Experience in designing, integrating, and testing of DC to AC inverter motor drives and controls
Experience with product engineering and manufacturing processes and capabilities
