Leads the Operations Technology Integration team, oversees configuration, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades for functional/business areas. Sets the strategy in support of the company’s objectives through technology solutions
Attends and represents IT at a variety of meetings for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions
Conducts problem analysis of information systems as needed for the purpose of ensuring proper implementation of integrated systems by partnering with information technology leaders
Leads a variety of planning and development activities, including committees for the purpose of creating short and long-range plans for support of the Business
Responsible for development of the team, mentoring management in support of succession
Leads change management processes within project/program
Requirements:
4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Eight (8) or more years Management experience (Required)
Fifteen (15) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
