Job Description:

Parser is seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer specializing in Power Platform and Power Apps to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building enterprise-level applications and automations using Microsoft's Power Platform suite.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Apps and Dataverse
  • Create and optimize Power Automate cloud flows for enterprise-scale processes
  • Implement Azure and Microsoft 365 integrations, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps
  • Utilize AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI integration
  • Manage Power Platform ALM processes and implement CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure security, compliance, and observability best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience building enterprise Canvas and Model-Driven apps with Dataverse
  • Strong proficiency in Power Fx, formulas, componentization, and PCF development (TypeScript/React)
  • Expertise in Power Automate cloud flows, including error handling, retries, concurrency, and approvals
  • Proficient in Dataverse schema design, relationships, business rules, and BPFs
  • Experience with custom connectors, governance, and DLP policies
  • Solid understanding of Azure/Microsoft 365 integration patterns
  • Practical experience with AI technologies, including Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI
  • Strong background in DevOps and ALM practices for Power Platform
  • 6-8+ years of overall engineering experience, with a focus on agile methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Experience with RPA (Power Automate Desktop) and event-driven designs
  • Knowledge of performance optimization for large Canvas apps and offline/mobile scenarios
  • Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards in Power Apps and localization
  • Relevant certifications: PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, AI-102, SC-900, AZ-900
