Job Description:

The Sr. Associate, Content Generation System Administrator supports the daily administration and operational reliability of enterprise content generation and automation platforms (like Adobe GenStudio) used in Amgen’s global content supply chain. This role is responsible for ensuring content generation tools, content automation components, generative capabilities, asset templates, and integrated workflows run smoothly and in compliance with operational and governance standards. The Sr. Associate partners with onshore business owners, content capabilities teammates, creative operations, and IT teams to execute configuration updates, troubleshoot issues, support users, and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform routine administration of content generation automation platforms, including user provisioning, permission management, template configuration, and system updates
  • Ensure content creation templates are maintained and oversee automation rules, asset structures, and system settings to ensure accuracy and compliance with enterprise standards
  • Assist with release testing, validation, and documentation for new features or platform updates
  • Monitor automation-driven content creation workflows to ensure smooth performance across template activation, content generation, creative assembly, and handoff to downstream systems
  • Troubleshoot operational or technical issues within the automation platform and escalate as needed to onshore owners or IT
  • Log, track, and close issues within defined SLAs, ensuring minimal disruption to content production teams
  • Apply and uphold governance rules including metadata standards, workflow controls, template versioning, naming conventions, and status protocols
  • Perform routine platform checks, logs review, and monitoring to support audit readiness
  • Flag inconsistencies or risks and support corrective actions in partnership with onshore and IT teams
  • Partner with U.S.-based business owners and operations leads to align on priorities and complete tasks effectively across time zones
  • Support smooth workflow handoffs and operational continuity between onshore and offshore teams
  • Provide visibility on offshore progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Provide day-to-day support for users across marketing, agencies, and operations teams using the content generation platform
  • Maintain SOPs, quick guides, and training materials to assist in user onboarding
  • Assist onshore leads with training delivery, demos, and communication of system changes
  • Identify workflow challenges, bottlenecks, template gaps, AI fine-tuning needs, and opportunities for further automation
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and rollout of enhancements or integrations
  • Support configuration updates, and small-scale system improvements with guidance from system owners
  • Support integration coordination between content generation tool and upstream/downstream platforms
  • Review and analyze metrics such as issue resolution times, workflow performance, template usage, and user adoption trends
  • Partner with analyst to prepare recurring operational dashboards and summaries for review of content ecosystem health with partners
  • Highlight recurring issues or trends that may require system or process improvements
  • Provide day-to-day support and collaboration across content capabilities teams to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Contribute to process documentation, best practices, and capability-building efforts
  • Support team leads on operational readiness and workload balancing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, Digital Operations, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in creative/automation platforms or content production systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe solutions, CRM systems, and DAM platforms (AEM or equivalent), Veeva Vault
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, template management, or production workflows
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, data accuracy, and content governance
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a global or matrixed organization

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing materials, regulatory processes, and compliance standards
  • Working experience with creative operations, marketing operations, or digital production teams
