Job Responsibility:
Support preparation and quality checks for recurring media performance reports and dashboards
Work with senior analysts and managers to collect, validate, and visualize campaign performance data across HCP and consumer marketing
Assist in summarizing monthly marketing KPIs and highlighting key changes
Collaborate with other analytics teams to prepare supporting materials for internal business reviews
Maintain documentation for media data sources and reporting processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in marketing or analytics support roles
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
exposure to Tableau or other BI tools
Strong attention to detail and interest in digital marketing and analytics
Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have:
Exposure to HCP or consumer media reporting and campaign measurement
Familiarity with media KPIs such as impressions, clicks, reach, or engagement
Experience working with structured data and visualization tools
Interest in healthcare marketing or regulated industries
