Job Description:

The Senior Associate will play a critical role in leveraging analytics and strategic thinking to accelerate the growth of Oak Street Health membership. This is an opportunity to partner across the organization to identify data-backed solutions to key pain points, as well as develop and help implement creative initiatives that will drive rapid growth with Oak Street Health.

Job Responsibility:

perform data / analytics to inform decision-making across the Growth organization
contribute and help to drive forward key growth-focused initiatives
develop and maintain monthly reporting, driving insights and action items to improve performance
collaborate with other team members, as well as field team members to drive initiatives forward
develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
other strategic / analytical priorities, as determined by Sr Director, Growth Strategy and Analytics
other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

1-2 years at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or other comparable experience
analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and value-based care
proficient in Excel, Powerpoint
experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages a plus
effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced “start-up” environment
demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems
proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
strong written and verbal communication skills
ability to influence decision-making at many levels of leadership
US work authorization

Nice to have:

experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages
interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and value-based care
