Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Tester with manual and automated functional and non-functional experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development, design, and product teams to improve the user experience and uphold quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements and resolve issues
  • Lead efforts in performance testing, stress testing, and regression testing
  • Provide detailed analysis of defects and collaborate on solutions
  • Continuously assess current testing processes and methodologies, recommending improvements as necessary
  • Will be required to operate across different time zones and work with distributed teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing
  • Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies
  • Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills

  • Programming languages such as Java or Python
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
