Experience in materials handling and knowledge of different coatings
Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
Proficient with hand tools commonly used in the spraying process
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience required

Job Responsibility

Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
Operate spray equipment to apply coatings according to specifications
Monitor and adjust spray equipment settings to ensure proper coverage and finish
Inspect coated surfaces for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
Maintain spray equipment by cleaning, calibrating, and performing routine maintenance
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
